I recently had a fantastic stay at Pulau Weh Paradise for a week-long vacation. The manager, Steve, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for things to do. Special mention goes to Sendi, who not only arranged convenient transportation options but also spoke fluent Dutch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and up to western standards, and the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained with ongoing improvements. I particularly enjoyed snorkeling in the coral reef just steps away from the luxurious Beach Bungalows. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff even prepared a mouthwatering dinner with fresh fish from the market. The location was ideal, close to the volcano and perfect for exploring the island on rented mopeds. The owner, who spoke perfect English, added a personal touch to my stay by teaching me some Indonesian. Pulau Weh Paradise provided a welcoming stay with kind hospitality, amazing food, and a memorable experience. I will definitely return!
Can recommend this hotel.

This resort is a real gem! Located right on the beach, it boasts stunning views of the ocean and reef, making it an ideal spot to unwind. the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. the staff is welcoming and helpful, always going out of their way to attend to our needs. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with plenty of options to suit everyone's taste. the water cooler in the room was a nice touch and the available sun loungers were a plus.
Sadly, the air conditioning in the room struggled to keep up with the heat of the day.

The hotel offered a great New Year's Eve party with a BBQ and live music, which was a fantastic way to ring in the new year. The snorkeling was amazing and there were many interesting fish and a beautiful reef to explore. Additionally, the location was quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to plan and book activities. Additionally, the food menu was a bit limited and lacked variety.

The staff were helpful and friendly, providing us with snorkel gear free of charge and arranging taxis for us. The hotel also had scooters available to rent at a reasonable price, which allowed us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings and nearby white sand beach. The food at the hotel was amazing, serving both authentic Indonesian and western cuisine from early morning until late evening.
Absolutely nothing.
